Afrinolly Participates at the British Council Creative Enterprise Support Programme
Afrinolly Creative Hub participated as resource partners at the Creative Enterprise Support Programme (CESP) organised by the British Council for the top 60 filmmakers/film entrepreneurs in Ghana.
The Creative Enterprise Support Programme which held from February 10, 2020 was packaged to deliver film training, mentoring and business development support to young and emerging entrepreneurs in Accra, Ghana.
This very event was two weeks of intensive training delivered by Afrinolly Creative Hub and other expert delivery partners like the First Creatives (Ghana) and Henley Business School (UK).
At the end of the training, the top 30 participants were selected to proceed to the next stage of the programme which is a six-month incubation programme where they will have access to a workspace, equipment within the workspace, training, business support and mentoring.
The final stage of the programme will be a pitch for grants where film entrepreneurs from stage 2 of the programme will have an opportunity to pitch their ideas to a panel of judges. There will be grants for five film entrepreneurs to develop business plans, start/scale up existing businesses or produce new film projects in Ghana.
This is a programme which we are very proud to be a part of.
